Technical Adequacy Tool for Evaluation (TATE)

The TATE is a tool with demonstrated reliability and validity that can assist in (a) evaluating the quality of completed FBAs and BIPs and (b) identifying specific areas that need targeted improvement. It can help district leadership teams develop systemic professional development opportunities and policy revisions to improve the quality of FBAs/BIPs.
