Effective leadership starts with a vision guiding a team of stakeholders toward strategic action planning. Assessing the capacity to implement PBIS, identifying resources available, and prioritizing what’s needed allows teams to develop relevant goals and objectives. This session explores the critical elements of the implementation model using the State Systems Fidelity Inventory (SSFI) and learn directly from states on how they use data for effective planning.
